Naomi is a classy lady with a gentle heart and a sweet personality. She has settled beautifully into her foster home, where she shares her days with two other dogs and her foster mom.
Naomi has already claimed one of the best spots in the house – the bed! She loves curling up with her humans and canine buddies. If you’re looking for a loyal shadow, Naomi is your girl. Wherever her foster mom goes, Naomi is close by. When her foster mom is working at her desk, Naomi happily settles at her feet, content simply to be near her.
Naomi isn’t shy about asking for affection. If you lower your arm beside you, she’ll gently nudge your hand with her head to let you know it’s time for some pets.
Naomi knows her name and comes when she’s called. She is also perfectly comfortable staying home without a crate when her humans are away. Thunderstorms don’t bother her either, so she’s a wonderfully calm companion when the weather gets noisy.
She is getting used to walking on the leash and she enjoys heading outside to sniff and investigate everything around her. Swimming is definitely not on Naomi’s list of favorite activities. After one memorable attempt, she decided the pool was better admired from a safe distance after she found herself clinging to the side and waiting for her humans to come and help her out.
Naomi is a bit shy when a camera comes out. The moment she sees a phone pointed her way, she becomes interested in looking anywhere else. She’s not a high-energy girl. She would much rather lounge, nap, cuddle, and spend peaceful time with her people than spend the day running around. She would be perfectly content to keep you company while you work, relax beside you while you watch TV, and curl up with you when the day winds down.
