Why Your Support Matters 
GRRMF is supported entirely through donations, adoption fees, and fundraising events. Adoption fees only cover about 30% of the average cost for helping a golden retriever, as medical costs average nearly $2000 per dog.
Without your generosity, these poor golden retrievers would have no hope. We are their last chance.

How Are Donations Used?
No donation is too small, and since we are a 100% volunteer organization with no paid staff, all funds go towards running our rescue program.
You may notice we have moved from PayPal to Givebutter for our donations. You can still make your online donation using your PayPal account or credit card. Venmo is now an option available to you as well.
We have found that Givebutter gives you, the donor, more ability to include a message with your donation, and making a donation in “honor of/memory of” the name tribute is easier. You will also have the ability to send an email acknowledgment to the tribute name family as well as receiving an immediate recognition, thanks, and a tax receipt from GRRMF for your use.
Who We Are
We are a 501 c (3) non-profit organization, making all your donations tax-deductible. GRRMF is truly a “rescue” group. We have no age limit on the dogs we take in. We often take dogs needing intense medical rehabilitation when other groups would turn them away. We lovingly care for about a dozen hospice dogs at any one time because they are unadoptable due to age or terminal illness.

It’s rewarding to support a cause that reflects your values. With thoughtful tax planning, charitable contributions can also help reduce federal income, capital gains, and estate taxes.
