Changes to Raffle donations for GoldenFest Reunion

Read about the changes to the Raffle

Our reunion has a new name….GRRMF GoldenFest!
The focus continues to be on fun, education and has two locations to pick from (or attend both!) to accommodate our wonderful volunteers and adopters from coast to coast.

Our Fall GoldenFest Reunion was held on November 3, 2018 at Freedom Lake Park in Pinellas Park and was a great success and well attended by our west coasters!

Our Spring GoldenFest Reunion is scheduled for March 2, 2019 at  Ralph V. Chisholm Park in St. Cloud.

In the planning process we wanted to simplify the raffle and at the same time focus our donations to emphasize and educate others on the communities we service and who have supported us for so many years. With this new approach we are restructuring our raffle and silent auction to align to this commitment.

In past years we have accepted personal items ranging from household items to clothing and dog related products, accepting many the day of the reunion for the raffle and silent auction.

Starting this year, we are asking for gift certificates or gift cards to your favorite restaurants or shops that you want others to know about in your community. We also will be accepting gift cards to favorite places that may be in multiple areas (“chain establishments) like Panera, Publix, Outback, Target, PetSmart, Home Goods etc .
We ask if you wish to donate items this year to mail these gift certificates and gift cards to: GRRMF,  P.O. Box 1449, Goldenrod, Fl.  32733, no later than 1 week prior to the GoldenFest. If you wish to ask your favorite places to donate to GRRMF, a new sponsor letter is attached below to share information with them. Also please use the attached donation sponsor form to help us properly recognize and thank you and your sponsor for your support.
If you wish to be a GoldenFest sponsor, so all the proceeds of the event go to our medical fund to help our goldens, please click here.

Add a personal note too for your donation to be in honor of a cherished family member…furry or otherwise. This donation will appear in the May 2019 Newsletter.

Personal items you may have collected we ask you donate to a local community organization who we know will appreciate your generosity as we have for so many years.

Any questions you have, we will be happy to answer! Send your inquiry to info@grrmf.org.

Hope to see you in March in St. Cloud!!
