Zoey’s parents’ happiest memories of adoption day were meeting her and seeing how sweet her personality was. As an added bonus, her foster mom, Christina, shared all of Zoey’s preferences with them as they excitedly welcomed her into their family.
Particularly passionate about walking, Zoey LOVES her twice-daily “hot girl” strolls when she gets her wiggles out and sees what’s new around the neighborhood at the same time. Coming in second is Zoey’s passion for snacks. According to her mom, “She’s very attentive to all activities in the kitchen and believes wholeheartedly that no one should ever eat alone!”
A guaranteed crowd pleaser is how much Zoey loves rolling over on her back and showing her belly for belly rubs. After all, “Who,” laughs her adoring mom, “can resist a cream puff, dream fluff that loves being petted and is goofy?” Then there’s Zoey’s basket of “lovies” to select from and show off. While her favorite is a little crocodile, she prefers the comfort of her Nylabone during thunderstorms and fireworks.
Given her enviable enthusiasm for adventure, Zoey loves to vacation at grandma and grandpa’s house, where she happily socializes with her two doggy cousins. Since it’s virtually impossible to remain unbiased when it comes to Zoey, her parents consider her the most perfect dog on the planet. She relaxes by her mom’s side during the day while she works, is the most patient companion to their son during playtime, is gentle with other dogs, and is, simply put, an all-around delight.
For one fleeting moment, Zoey’s family considered adopting another dog to keep her from being lonely. Then her mom’s parents’ two dogs stayed with them for about 10 days. After they left, Zoey’s relief was audible! As much as she loves socializing, she loves relaxing – the sole reigning princess of her palace – just as much.
