Sampson, now fondly called Abe, was surrendered to GRRMF when his owners realized he needed more room to exercise.
“It’s impossible to have a bad day with Abe around,” reports Daria, “because he will shower you with extra attention and love if he senses you’re sad or having a rough day. 
He is playful, greets everyone like they are old friends, and enjoys being scratched.
