When they adopted Sailor, her owners initially thought she was the sweetest dog they had ever met. And with her gentle smile and soulful eyes, that description continues to apply perfectly to Sailor to this day.
As her owners note, “Sailor LOVES everyone.” And she definitely expects that affection to be reciprocated! When she meets others, Sailor will patiently wait for pets, and then will sit and wait for more love. At home, Sailor’s favorite person is Mom. The very definition of a Velcro dog, Sailor does not want Mom out of her sight and happily goes to work with Mom every day. 
In addition to being a sweet cuddlebug, Sailor also has a fun personality. She likes to talk–especially if she feels she is being ignored. Sailor’s vocals can range from a full bark to an “umpf” noise to get her family’s attention. A typical golden, Sailor also likes to casually and quietly stick her nose into a pile of laundry to take a few socks and then trot around the house with them.
Outside, Sailor likes a short game of fetch with a tennis ball as well as enjoying her newly acquired swimming skills. Sailor had never been in a pool before but now realizes that this is just the most fun activity! 
These days, Sailor has completely settled into her new home–and tries to rule it. For example, Sailor does not like it when the two cats get into a disagreement and will break up any tense interactions between them. The cats then look at each other like, what just happened? And as for Sailor’s human family? “We are so happy Sailor came into our lives. She is the best and most loved pup!”
