“Two years ago, we adopted this sweet, crazy, goofy golden, and somehow, it feels as if he’s always been an integral part of our family,” admits Oliver’s adoring mom.
“When Oliver entered our lives, he gifted us with so much love and laughter, along with an abundance of energy coupled with
cheerfully charming chaos! He’s always eager to play, is always excited about being included, and is blessed with the hugest of hearts. From his zoomies to his cuddles, he’s filled our home with so many unforgettable moments.
“Life, to Oliver, is still spelled B-A-L-L. There are countless balls throughout the house of every size and color, old and new, and since he can’t choose just one, he plays with all of them. He could be sleeping soundly and if he hears the word ‘ball,’ he springs up like a Jack in the box. And as much as he loves his walks, Oliver never leaves the house without a ball.
“We are forever grateful to Golden Retriever Rescue of Mid-Florida for trusting us to adopt Oliver and giving us the opportunity to love such an amazing boy. You brought us together, and we will always be thankful for that. I can’t imagine our little family without him. He was truly destined to find us, and we are so thankful every day that he found his way into our lives.
“Happy 2nd Gotcha Day, Oliver! Here’s to many more adventures, beach days, boat rides, muddy paws and an endless supply of tennis balls. We love you more than you could possibly know, sweet boy. Two years down, and a dog’s lifetime to go.
