Molly adds a touch of Molly magic everywhere she goes!
Little did this gregarious golden know that her foster family would eventually become her forever family. Her mother was beyond elated, and Molly quickly became a vital part of their lives. In fact, according to her adoring mom, Molly fits so well in their house. She fits in like a glove, is an absolute joy to have around, and her family doesn’t know what they would do without her.
Being highly intelligent, Molly even taught herself how to “shake.” One day, her mom had her sitting and she gave her mom her paw. Her mom switched hands, and Molly gave her mom her other paw. Not only is Molly exceptionally loving, she’s also exceptionally goofy. She loves chasing her tail! Nine times out of ten she catches it and starts rolling all over the living room floor. She looks like a fish out of water flopping around.
One of her favorite activities is going for car rides. Her mom tries to take her along with her wherever she can whenever possible. The bank and pharmacy are Molly’s favorite stops: she usually gets cookies! She also loves running around the yard with her husky brother, Bentley. And although she loves when her mom buys them new stuffed animals, sadly, for the stuffies, they “never win,” while Molly’s favorite snacks are carrots and apples.
Although Molly enjoys going to Hobby Lobby a lot, one of her biggest outings was to Paws at the Park where they met up with other GRRMF families. Unfortunately, however, she was scared the entire time. She’s fearful of being around so many people, not to mention so many loud noises, including trucks, which even interfere with her regular walks, causing her to “melt down.” For Molly, home is her safe space.
On a lighter note … the silliest thing Molly does is fall off the couch or her bed. She’ll be playing with her bone or ball flopping around and she’ll fall asleep mid-play with her butt and hind legs on her bed and the rest of her body on the floor. It’s the funniest sight, laughs her mom.
Molly recently completed and received her Good Canine Citizenship award, and she’ll eventually attend more training classes to further her education.
