Vicki was truly excited to meet Griffin (or Griff) on his “adoption day”. The 2 hit it off and have been best buds ever since. “Griffin is my little buddy and constant companion, now that I’ve retired,” says Vicki. They enjoy travelling together and on weekends they stay overnight with friends who have four dogs and two cats to entertain him and he has been a wonderful guest.
Griff loves to go for walks and looks forward to their daily long walks and stopping at the pond to watch the ducks. “Griff loves his ducks and will look for them every time we head towards the pond”, says Vicki.
Griffin is Vicki’s 3rd GRRMF rescue, but the only one that lays like a frog with his back legs out flat behind him! Being an only fur baby, Griff knows his commands, plays with his toys from his toy box and enjoys a game of tug a war. With training, Griff was able to overcome being reactive to other dogs while being walked, making their walks through the neighborhood less stressful.
