Willow, who’s so wonderfully warm-hearted, works wonders daily.
The passionate Therapy team of Willow and Karen keep wonderfully active by visiting such facilities as the Safety Harbor Library every third Friday and three nursing homes. Given her compassionate nature, Willow prefers visiting the nursing homes because she particularly loves the one-on-one interaction with the older people there.
Willow’s favorite visit so far took place recently at St. Marks where she visited with various patients in their private apartments. She was invited to sit on the sofa and she smiled sweetly as her photo was taken for the residents’ families.
When not doing Therapy visits, Willow loves chilling in the company of her beloved fur brother Blizzard. They love swimming together and going for long walks in Philipee Park.
What Karen finds especially endearing about Willow is the way she loves to rest her paw on Karen’s arm and snuggle. Then there’s Willow’s flair for fashion. One example: posing here ever so prettily in a fluted yellow flowered neck scarf!
