Trixie truly LOVES everyone and everything!
But she’s especially excited that her permanent fosters adopted her beloved sister Tracy, ensuring that they remain together. Placed in the Sanctuary program at the age of 7, Trixie has several mammary masses that may possibly spread and which will require long term monitoring to watch for any new masses.
And yet, despite several age-related issues and some allergies, Trixie always wears a wide, warm smile on her gorgeous golden face. An extremely happy and loving lady, she derives the greatest satisfaction out of being near her fosters and Tracy. Blessed with a true golden personality, Trixie is a beguiling blend of gentleness, intelligence and curiosity. And although her fosters don’t have any children in their home, they’re confident that Trixie would get along wonderfully with them.
Passionate about playtime outside in all shapes and forms, Trixie thrives on playing games of fetch, swimming in the family pool and chasing after squirrels. She also loves going for walks and accompanying her family on car rides. Back inside, Trixie is always extremely well behaved and never jumps up or begs for food. Famous for knowing countless commands, she’s perhaps most famous for loving to have her golden belly rubbed – as much and as often as paws-ible!
