To be eligible to adopt Leo, you must be an approved adopter of GRRMF. Visit our How to Adopt page to review our process, policies and application. Please pay special attention to the sections on puppy facts, children and dogs and fences on our website prior to submitting an application for a puppy. If you are already on our approved adopter waiting list, an adoption coordinator will contact you if you are matched to meet this pup’s needs.
What a typical puppy Leo is!
Leo sits on command, knows lay down, takes food very nicely, good with the cats but being a 1 year old, a chase is always fun, sometimes. Walking on the leash is still a work in progress. Leo takes medicine for his anxiety, and being a rambunctious pup, small kids would not be advisable. What Leo needs most of all is a fur sibling to run and play with along with humans that are home most of the time.
He just doesn’t realize he is not a baby puppy anymore said his fosters and sometime Leo thinks he’s is a lap dog, but with training this problem is quickly being resolved.
