It’s never easy to say goodbye to a faithful friend and fellow teammate. Please light a candle for our sweet girl Kacie and keep Joyce and Lance in your prayers during this difficult time. Kacie created so many smiles and touched so many hearts in the short time we were blessed to have her as a member of our therapy team. Our seniors will miss the happy tail wags and huge smile she offered each of them. Kacie showed us the true spirit of therapy work every time she wore her Hearts of Gold vest and leaves a paw print on all our hearts.
Kacie was an 8 ½ year old sweetheart, that had been working with the GRRMF Hearts of Gold Therapy team for 2 years. She loved to visit all places but enjoyed the assisted living facilities the most.
