To be eligible to adopt Gohan, you must be an approved adopter of GRRMF. If you are already on our approved adopter waiting list, an adoption coordinator will contact you if you are matched to meet this pup’s needs. Visit our How to Adopt page to review our process, policies and application. Please pay special attention to the sections on puppy facts, children and dogs and fences on our website prior to submitting an application for a puppy.
If you’ve ever wanted a bundle of energy wrapped up in a big furry cuddle, then Gohan is waiting for you.
This young pup is probably the happiest dog you will ever meet, playful and up for anything., Gohan would do best in a home with an energetic dog and adolescent kids who can play fetch, exercise him and get the wiggles out!
Gohan loves to chase birds in the back yard and with his unbridled curiosity he has a tendency to leap, dig and chew if not monitored (tall fence recommended). We may also recommend a puppy training course to help develop that golden bond – having your attention and guidance is really what he is looking for.
When asked what makes Gohan so adorable, his foster replied, “He’s a toy stealer. He likes to steal toys away from the other dog and play tug-of-war.”
He is house trained and already knows commands including stay, sit, down, and out (of the room or house). Gohan is crate trained but as his foster says, has had no need to isolate him, “He’s very cuddly and prefers to sleep with people” He gets along just fine with his canine sibling and children; we have no information on cat interaction.
If you are willing to provide a basket of toys, play tug of war, and help Gohan discover the world, then we invite you to apply to adopt this young, sweet golden boy.
