Surrendered due to a split in his family, Dean is a laid back kind of guy who likes to sleep in most mornings. He is a big cuddly bear who craves attention – just like all goldens. He loves to receive cuddles and snuggles. Dean gets along well with his foster siblings and enjoys spending lazy days with them, often laying his head on one or the other dogs. He likes to carry a toy around in his mouth (who doesn’t?) although he does like to chew them, too.
A fairly confident boy, he has gotten along with all the human and canine visitors to his foster home. He hasn’t yet been introduced to children and cats. Dean’s foster mom says he does well in the house and does not need to be crated when home alone. He is house trained and doesn’t appear fearful of anything in particular. He enjoys short walks although he does have some stiffness with his back legs.
This golden oldie needs a loving home to share – will it be yours?
