A dedicated Therapy team for only one year, Patty and big, bright-eyed Boo are merrily making up for lost time.
Passionate about visiting nursing homes, universities and hotels, and especially passionate about facilities involving children and young adults, their most memorable visit to date was at the Four Seasons Hotel in Orlando. Although only two dogs were permitted inside along with hundreds of people, Patty was convinced that the dogs, particularly Boo, received more therapy than the people did!
As playful as a puppy when he’s not working, Boo is also adept at games of skill. If his mom first covers his eyes and throws a ball in their backyard, he’s always able to find it. Then there’s his sweetly silly side such as using his stuffed wombat toy as a pillow that paws-itively melts her heart.
Even sweeter was the “fact” that Santa brought Boo to her son Chase for Christmas, whereupon the precious pair spent the next 30 days sleeping together in the kitchen.
With her eyes forever focused on the future, Patty plans to continue working with Boo at making a difference in peoples’ lives.
