We all miss having Bear working alongside us at events. He spread so much joy to others during his short time with us. Bear leaves a special pawprint on all our hearts and his teammates miss his happy tail wags and beautiful smile!
A loving note from Bear’s mom:
I wish I could take credit for his skill as a therapy dog, but I can’t. 
He was a natural, and he taught me how to comfort others. I was always amazed when Bear would lead the way into a memory care facility, somehow knowing it was time to get to work. He loved it, and so did I. Many thanks to all the Hearts of Gold pups, their moms and
dads, and all those at the heart of Hearts of Gold. You make such a difference in the lives of so many! I will miss being part of Hearts of Gold, but know that both Bear and I will be cheering you on!
