Annie Juna came to GRRMF when her owner died. She’s is settling in to her new foster home and is looking for a loving family to help her recover and become a beloved member of a family again. Annie has overcome her initial timidity in her foster home and is now eating, smiling and being her genuinely sweet self. Annie gets along well with her foster sibling and does not evidence any prey instincts with squirrels or lizards. Eleven-year-old Annie has adapted to her harness and walks well on the leash. She loves walks because there’s so much to see, sniff and track. She really enjoys sniffing and tracking and usually has her nose to the ground or up to the wind. This gal will enjoy a fenced yard to be the queen of comfort. She loves to spend time outside just to “hang out” and enjoy the grass and fresh air. She responds well to being groomed and being petted and given belly rubs. Annie sleeps all night at the foot of the bed and is perfectly house trained. She doesn’t get up on furniture or beds and enjoys being in whatever room her family is in. Annie is looking for her forever family that will appreciate a gal with that special old gold personality. Her foster mom thinks that a home with some kids might be a good place for this gal as she is very social and still has lots of energy for her age. “Her biggest plus is how friendly she is with people and other dogs”. Is Annie Juna the sweet senior for you?
