Valentine Sweethearts

Valentine Sweethearts

Do you remember Buffy (aka Princess Monkey Butt) who was surrendered to our rescue with an ectopic ureter which meant she leaked urine all the time?  Destined for a life of pain and in diapers, her surgery in August 2019 was a success and she was adopted by a loving GRRMF family. She continues to struggle with urinary infections which are being treated and scheduled for an important consultation on next steps.  Mom reports Buffy will likely require another surgical procedure to give her resolution to her continuing issues.  Buffy had an opportunity to meet our sweet Clooney who had heart surgery in January 2020 and shared her story and thankfulness for her donors and her forever family with him. Clooney enthusiastically agreed that their quality of life was only possible through the GRRMF foster and medical care and the generous donors who contributed what they could to help their healing. Clooney’s post surgery recovery is underway and the surgery was a success! He is starting to gain strength and energy to enjoy zoomies and play time with his foster brothers.  Buffy and Clooney’s best days in life are beginning thanks to you!

GRRMF joins Buffy’s and Clooney’s gratitude for all who have saved these pups from a life of pain or certain early death.

If  your hearts are open this Valentine’s Day to helping others who are in our rescue or will be arriving in 2020, we would appreciate any donation you can provide.
