The second Bark Brew Fest, presented by Tails at the Barkery and the Dirty Oar Beer Company, on Saturday, February 3, 2018, was a huge success for GRRMF! We hadn’t even finished setting up when the first pups arrived with their humans asking to purchase raffle tickets for a table full of prizes.
By the end of the event, it was standing-room only, both outside and inside. There were so many dogs, we couldn’t possibly count them all.
A very special thank you to, Pam Shaia, Owner, Tails at the Barkery, and Paul Hill, Co-Owner, Dirty Oar Beer Company, for hosting such a great event at a fantastic venue. The entire community appreciates everything you do for all the pups-in-need!
Our wonderful volunteers worked tirelessly … Selling raffle tickets … Selling 50/50 tickets … Selling one-of-a-kind Bark Brew Fest bandanas … Collecting and hauling hundreds of shoes to their vehicle … Handing out goody-bags to the first 30 arrivals … Setting up the Valentine’s Day themed “photo booth” … Providing the Doggie Treats Buffet …. All the while, catching up with everyone we haven’t seen in ages …
THANKS to each of you, including the wonderful couple (Mark & Kim) who won the huge 50/50 drawing and donated their share back to GRRMF.
We can’t wait for the next one!
