tells us about this special connection during her visit with Nova to HCA North Florida Hospital on April 17th: “we visited a long time with a patient who had both legs amputated today. He expressed over and over to me how happy he was to pet Nova and named her ‘Novacaine’ cause he said she took away his pain while he petted her. She loved it, too.
He asked us to come back again and we will certainly try to visit again.”
