Area description:
The core strength of our rescue is our foster homes. The number of homes and skill sets in our foster homes have a direct correlation to how many dogs we can bring into our program. We are blessed with foster families who go above and beyond their personal needs to provide a safe and loving environment.

Our fosters are supported by all the fellow volunteers in our village:

• our medical team and trainers to continue learning about how to care for their dog’s unique needs
• our transportation team to safely bring their dog to them and to necessary appointments for their care
• our media, application and adoptions teams to match their precious rescue with the forever family who can meet the dog’s needs. GRRMF is so grateful for our families who have opened their hearts and homes for our rescues.

Time/Frequency needed to support:

Roles require daily activity of 1-2 hours however Foster Facilitator can be longer if more dogs are in foster care.

General Skills needed:

Strong interpersonal  skills to support positive and supportive conversations with contacts

Familiar with Google Sheets/Excel data entry

Familiar with Gmail for email communications

Work well with teams
