To be eligible to adopt Scout, you must be an approved adopter of GRRMF. Visit our How to Adopt page to review our process, policies and application. Please pay special attention to the sections on puppy facts, children and dogs and fences on our website prior to submitting an application for a puppy. If you are already on our approved adopter waiting list, an adoption coordinator will contact you if you are matched to meet this pup’s needs.
Scout came to GRRMF due to his owner’s inability to care for him.
Scout is a true puppy with high energy and endless curiosity. A big, furry bundle of fun and love! His foster mom says Scout’s first day with them was non-stop excitement, and within minutes Scout had found a stash of doggie treats!
Scout is mostly housebroken, but still needs some reminders. He knows a few commands and is very smart and quick. Like any puppy, Scout needs supervision and boundaries. He is good on a leash, likes riding in a car, and is crate trained, sleeping there at night as well.
Scout’s at his happiest wrestling and rough housing outside with his foster brother. He plays with just about any toy, but most of all he loves water! Be it the sprinkler, a hose, a lake or just a dog-sized puddle, Scout will be in it with a huge grin on his face.
Scout is a handsome, friendly puppy looking to make one family very, very happy!
