Whatever cheerful Cinder touches turns to gold!
She and her mom routinely pay visits to the library, the fire station, regular assisted living facilities and the Memory Care units of nursing homes. Cinder LOVES the fire station and the regular assisted living facilities as much as she loves the children at the library’s reader program. But because she’s fairly active, she finds it challenging to remain seated for so long.
Cinder’s favorite visit thus far was to the fire station. She was intensely interested in all of the paraphernalia there, and Carol was beyond proud that she wasn’t afraid.
At home, Cinder loves chasing tennis balls and being in the water. She especially enjoys “dock diving” and wrestling with her big sister and her cousin, a Samoyed. Not to mention her quirky habit of picking up the biggest stick to carry around with her when she and her mom go for a walk.
Since Carol wants Cinder to be hospital certified, this ambitious team will be doing more training this summer.
