As bright as he is beautiful, Boomer has the biggest, most loving heart!
The freshly minted team of Boomer and Frank has already been paying visits to
assisted living facilities, memory care facilities and elementary schools. Frank readily admits that they especially enjoy visiting the elementary schools because Boomer particularly likes children and they’re always extremely enthusiastic and happy to see him.
Their favorite visit so far was to the Viera Del Mar Assisted Living Facility because many of the residents there enjoy interacting with the various Therapy dogs. One little girl in particular promptly bonded with Boomer, hugging his neck gently as she sat on the floor, while Boomer gazed sweetly back up at her.
When not doing Therapy visits and relaxing at home, Boomer loves spending time swimming in the family’s pool and, since he also loves learning new tricks, he’s been learning to say goodbye by sitting and shaking his paw.
According to doting dad Frank, one of Boomer’s most endearing habits is how often he falls asleep with a favorite toy under his chin!
