Hi, my name is Max! I’m very friendly and I love meeting new people!
I’m getting comfortable here at my foster home and my foster mom says that I am a very sweet and playful pup. I love chewing on a bone or trying to figure out how to get treats out of a Kong toy! I haven’t been able to do too much since I just got neutered, but that hasn’t stopped me from acting playful toward my humans and other pets I encounter on our walks. When we go out on the leash, I’m very eager to get to where we’re going, and I’ll even go toward cars so that I can greet the people inside. I wasn’t kidding when I said I love people! I love sitting by my foster mom when she works on the computer or is just sitting around the house. When I get excited, I’ll jump up and put my paws up on the counter to let people know!
I am a very good boy and I know sit, stay, and down. I am crate and house trained, and I go into my crate at night, although I am free to wander if I want to because I have good doggie manners. My foster mom is teaching me a new command called let’s go and she’s also helping me learn not to be so friendly on our walks. I am such a fun, affectionate and friendly pup who has a lot of love to give, and I can’t wait to find the family that I get to share my life with!
