This sweet pup will bring a smile to your face with her adorable expressions and cute, playful antics!  Just watching her take a belly flop or nosedive into the grass and roll around with her toys will make your day.  Watch Ala enjoy her toy in the grass.

Ala is a happy, inquisitive pup who loves to explore and bring you all the wonderful treasures she has found.  Bird and squirrel watching, with some fun chasing, is one of her pastimes. But her favorite things to do are exploring new places, taking walks and playing with her toys. She’s an independent girl who loves attention and petting but is also able to entertain herself.

A typical puppy, Ala has taken on helping with chores around her foster home. She dutifully helps with the laundry by taking a few socks out of the hamper and scattering them around the house, trimming the hedges by biting off a few branches and has been helping prep the garden for planting by digging holes for the new flowers.  Maybe not what her foster family planned but with a smile and patience, they are happy to assist this little one in learning appropriate behaviors and manners.

Ala is doing well in her new environment but is cautious and a bit apprehensive of unfamiliar sounds.  As with any puppy, she just needs to be properly introduced to new objects and sounds and allowed to feel comfortable with them.  She is crate trained, housetrained, loves being around her golden foster sibling and is pleasant with the children she has met on her daily walks.  Ala hasn’t met any felines yet and will need to be slowly and properly introduced to them so she can learn to be respectful and make a new friend.

This darling girl will make a great addition to a family that will shower her with lots of love and attention – she wouldn’t mind another doggy friend to play with too!
