Below are  new opportunities we at GRRMF need to fill, these roles to continue to build and improve the services we offer for the care of our dogs and people in Mid-Florida. Please send your interest to volunteer@grrmf.org

Note: All the hours are approximate and dependent upon the number of dogs in our care, scheduled activities and how many volunteers can share the activity to reduce the time needed.

• Business Operations/Technology Support Team

  • Workflow Coordinator – 1-2 hours weekly – role is to assign projects to tech support members and tracking of project status.
  • Tech support member – 1-2 hours weekly. Special month end metric projects. Knowledge of Google calendar, Google sheets and Excel (pivot tables) and database schema.
  • Tech support member (Google help) – upon request, answer questions from area coordinators regarding Google usage (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) or issues encountered. Work with teachers/trainers to develop tips and tools for usage.
  • Shelter Buddy System Admin – 5 hours monthly – knowledge of application very helpful.
