The 70th annual St. Pete Dog Training Club was held on Saturday, the 18th of October. This “friendraising” event opened up shop at 9:00 AM inviting all to join.
It led to a lot of potential new volunteers as well as new therapy teams. It was attended by a number of GRRMF volunteers themselves. Layla and handler Charlie joined BT with handler Casey, Enzo with handler Cathy, Sugar with handlers Chelsea and Scott and MJ with handler Megan.
A small donation of $25 was accepted during the event. The event concluded around 4:30 PM having filled the daylight hours.
This is an annual event, so be on the lookout next year if you would like to participate.
