Perry Simon’s Success Story

When adopter Jordan first met Boone (previously named Perry), she noticed right away that he appeared shy and timid. He seemed unsure of the people around him and had little trust in them. Since then, however, things quickly changed.

Jordan brings Boone to work with her every morning, and her constant companionship and love helped Boone become secure and golden-affectionate in return. In fact, Boone has become the favorite “employee” at Edgewater Power Boats. He’s well-behaved, energetic, and the perfect source of relaxation and entertainment for the Edgewater Boats family. He walks around with a toy in his mouth, unless he’s in a work meeting, of course!

At home, Boone often attaches himself to Jordan’s young son Levi. Boone happily and closely watches Levi, especially when Levi is playing outside, to make sure Levi is safe. Boone loves to go absolutely everywhere with Jordan and Levi, especially the dog beach. Understandably, people fall in love with Boone everywhere the family goes.

Many GRRMF adopters consider some outside training after they bring home their pup. Jordan, especially considering Boone’s initial shyness, decided to do just that. Boone’s training ended with a refund because he followed the trainer’s directions exactly with absolutely no extra work needed at all. Jordan sums up Boone’s personality in just one word: “brilliant.”
