Hi, I’m Harley! I was brought here after my owners’ living situation changed and they could no longer care for me.
I am adjusting well here in my foster home and my foster brother King is very welcoming and friendly. My foster dad says that I am very loving and I really enjoy it when my foster brother and I get to lie down on either side of him and get all the belly rubs we want! I love my foster dad very much and sometimes I’ll be there waiting for him when he returns home and I always have to know where he is in the house so I can be right there with him. I even like laying at his feet waiting for the next thing to happen! Eating is also something I enjoy, and a few times a day I go to the window seat where my dad stores the dog food and press my nose up against it. This habit means that I am a bit overweight now, but my foster dad has me working on this to get me in tip-top shape! I am also working on my walking and we are going further and further each day!
I am a very good boy and I know come, stay, sit, and lie down. I am house trained and do not need to be isolated or kept in a crate. I’m also on a diet and a walking routine to get my weight down to a healthier benchmark. My forever family will need to help me continue on this weight loss journey so I can be my best self! 
My foster dad says I am a real sweetheart and I am ready to give my life’s love and be a faithful companion to whoever is lucky enough to have me in their home!
