You are going to fall in love when you meet Gotenks. This adorable guy is the most playful and loving pup who just wants to be by your side. His foster mom says he is always perky and happy. Gotenks adores playtime with other dogs and would do well with another young furry friend in the home. He can be a little too spirited for the senior golden at his foster family and sometimes needs to be separated so she can get a little quiet time.
Gotenks is a curious puppy who enjoys inspecting every corner of the house and even the kitchen counters if he is left unattended. He is fascinated by squirrels and birds and ready to sprint as soon as he sees them. If he is on his leash, hold tight because he will start tugging you along as he tries to catch them. Gotenks can entertain himself by running around the backyard at top speed or tossing his stuffie in the air.
Gotenks is crate trained although he needs a little nudge when it’s time to go inside. He will sit for a few quick brushes so he can look his best, but he doesn’t really enjoy long grooming sessions. He can be a little picky about eating, but chicken and peanut butter are two of his favorites and can be used to reward him during training. His foster mom is helping him learn commands like sit, come, wait and off and with consistent practice, he will have them perfected in no time.
Gotenks can’t wait to come home and bring his puppy energy and big smiles to his new family!
