Joseph Jack Success Story

Joseph Jack Success Story

“We’re proud to be foster failures,” reports Susan and her son Nikita. “We were approved as fosters, but you know that feeling you get? I had it right away,” says Mom. Rescued from a high kill shelter by Loving Friends Transport, Joseph Jack, now fondly called Joey, is enjoying vacations in Maine and learning that boats aren’t too bad from his Lab/Vizela sister Hunter, another foster failure from a group Susan works with in Maine. “Water is not Joey’s favorite but he’s gaining confidence each time we go out on our boat. Joey and Hunter absolutely adore each other – they play, wrestle and sleep together. We love his little wiggle worm move as he belly creeps across the carpet towards us and then rolls over on our feet. Joey is our big goofy guy, so loving and friendly. He is a great snuggle-bug and loves sleeping with us, but hates being woke up in the mornings!”
