Seven year old Chloe has had to endure some pretty uncomfortable and downright painful skin conditions. Her foster Mom spent two hours brushing Chloe when she first arrived in foster care as she had horrible knots in her fur. But Chloe knew this was all good – she lay quietly and endured painful brushing and then enjoyed a bath that helped her beautiful self shine through. With lots of scabs on her ears, (scabs so bad that her hair had to be shaved to treat them), after only a few weeks she was already looking and feeling so much better! She even takes her meds well as if she knows that this is all going to make her feel better.
This super friendly dog loves to be petted and will lean into anyone beside her to cuddle and snuggle. Chloe loves to sleep in her own bed, playing with stuffed toys as well as belly rubs and short walks. She adores having her ears rubbed and riding in the car. Chloe is very confident and knows that she is a beautiful dog. She knows commands such as sit, stay and come and is completely house broken. Her foster mom has allowed her the run of the house and Chloe is a perfect guest. Now ready for her new forever home with a loving family. Chloe’s foster mom says that Chloe seems to like the slow, easy life rather than bounding out for jogging. She’s looking for a family who will enjoy leisurely walks in the afternoon and much cuddling and loving for the rest of her golden years to come.
